Free delivery to most UK postcodes
We offer Free Delivery on orders to most United Kingdom mainland postcodes. A Remote Postcode Delivery Surcharge of £15.00 applies for delivery of non-bulky products to remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands, and we are unable to arrange delivery of bulky products such as baths and sanitaryware to these areas.
Fast delivery service
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and most orders are processed within 2 working days. We use DPD Next Day, Parcelforce 24, TNT and door to door van delivery services, depending upon the products ordered and your delivery postcode. Since we do not use economy delivery services, our delivery is quick and reliable.
On delivery, inspect your goods carefully and report any damages or errors to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please do not commence installation until you have all your goods and are satisfied that they are as ordered.
